Bulk Grassfed Beef, 1/4 Beef (Deposit)

Flying 7 Ranch Quarter Beef Shares are perfect for individuals, couples or small families!  Enjoy a selection of ground beef, steaks, roasts and more – right at your fingertips for easy weeknight dinners.

Quarter Beef Share is $1,250 total.  A deposit of $250 is required to reserve your quarter beef now.  The remainder is due at the time of delivery (October 2026). 

A quarter beef is roughly 50 lbs of ground beef and 50 lbs of steak, roasts, etc.  Reserve by September and YOU select the cuts for your half.  Don’t love roasts?  No problem, there are many options for different cuts that fit your cooking style!  Beef organs are available at an extra cost and based upon availability.  Message us about organ availability and cost.  Plan on ~1 cubic foot of freezer space for 35 lbs of beef.

We’ll work with you to select cuts appropriate for your family and lifestyle!  Choose from a variety of steaks, ground, fajita meat, stew meat, roasts, short ribs, brisket etc.
