Bulk Grassfed Beef, 1/2 Beef (Deposit)

Flying 7 Ranch Half Beef Shares are perfect for families!  Enjoy a selection of ground beef, steaks, roasts and more – right at your fingertips for easy weeknight dinners.

Half Beef Share is $2,500 total. A deposit of $250 is required to reserve your half beef now.  The remainder is due at the time of delivery (October 2026).

A half beef is roughly 100 lbs of ground beef and 100 lbs of steak, roasts, etc.  Reserve by September and YOU select the cuts for your half.  Beef organs are available at an extra cost and based upon availability.  Message us about organ availability and cost.  Plan on ~1 cubic foot of freezer space for 35 lbs of beef.

We’ll work with you to select cuts appropriate for your family and lifestyle!  Choose from a variety of steaks, ground, fajita meat, stew meat, roasts, short ribs, brisket etc.
